Bookings:
A 50% deposit, with confirmation sent to The Orchard Farm Cottages, is required in order to secure the booking within 48 hours. Failing the receipt of the deposit or communication to extend the length of the provisional booking period, the booking will be released.
Any cancellations should be made in writing via fax or e-mail, and is only effective on receipt of such notification. Refunds will be at the discretion of The Orchard Farm Cottages. Cancellation 30 days before arrival, the deposit may be refunded less a 5% administration fee. Cancellation within 30 days before arrival - no refund.
